In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How many angle adjustments are there?
The net has 3 different angle adjustments.
-- Ground balls - The most vertical option... best for Low Intensity Skill Routines
-- Linedrives - Middle option
-- Flyballs - Lowest angle will shoot fly balls into the air for you to practice fielding pop flies!
Can the 3x3 Pro Rebounder be used out-doors?
Powder-coated steel is highly resistant to rust in most cases, so it won't develop unsightly rust patches or leave red streaks on a patio or building facade. However, if it sustains damage, small cracks in the coating may appear, admit moisture and allow rust to form.
Is Assembly Required?
Yes assembly is required. However, it's pretty easy.
It took me about 5 minutes to do the frame (with kids distracting me) and another few minutes for the net. It was super easy.
After you purchase the net, I'll send you the video for assembling.
Does it ship to Canada, Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes! And we also provide a $20 credit toward shipping to those locations. So instead of $95 or more, you pay a flat fee of $75 for shipping.
